Duties of Grand Registrar

The Grand Registrar serves as the adviser to the Grand Lodge and is responsible for the custody of the Grand Lodge's seals. This role includes the authority to affix the seals to various official documents, such as patents, warrants, and certificates, which are issued under the Grand Lodge's authority. The Grand Registrar may also delegate the task of affixing seals to the Grand Secretary. All actions must comply with the established laws and regulations of the Craft, ensuring that documents are properly authorized and executed.
