A copy of the by-laws shall be delivered to the Master on his installation, and his acceptance thereof shall be deemed to be a solemn pledge on his part that he will observe and enforce them. Every Brother shall be supplied with a printed copy of the by-laws of the Lodge when he becomes a member, and his acceptance thereof shall be deemed to be a declaration of his submission to them.
