Regulation 64: Penalty for neglect to make returns If any Chapter shall neglect to make its returns and payments to the Grand Chapter for a period of six months after the same are due according to these Regulations it shall be liable to erasure or such lesser penalty as the Committee of General Purposes may consider fit to impose upon the Chapter or any members thereof who have been responsible for the neglect.
The Principals and Past First Principals shall not be permitted to attend Grand Chapter by virtue of a qualification derived from the Chapter until the proper returns and payments have been made to the Grand Chapter.
