Penalty for neglect to make returns

Lodges that fail to submit required returns and payments to the Grand Lodge within six months of the due date face potential erasure or a lesser penalty as outlined in Paragraph 4 of the Schedule of Disciplinary Provisions. Additionally, the Board of General Purposes may impose further penalties on Lodge members deemed responsible for the neglect. Notably, the Master, Wardens, and Past Masters of the delinquent Lodge are prohibited from attending Grand Lodge meetings or participating in any Board or Committee activities until all outstanding returns and payments are fulfilled. This regulation emphasizes the importance of timely compliance with financial obligations to maintain good standing within the Masonic organization.
