Regulation 81: General duties and powers In addition to the aforesaid duties imposed upon the Committee the Committee shall take upon itself the same duties, and shall have the same powers in relation to Royal Arch Masonry as are conferred upon the Board of General Purposes by the Book of Constitutions in relation to the Craft: and the proceedings of the Committee shall be regulated as closely as possible by the rules laid down for the proceedings of that Board.
