Regulation 1: The Grand Chapter. The interests of the Order are governed by a general representation of all private Chapters on the Register, and the Grand Officers, present and past, with the Three Grand Principals at their head.
This collective body is styled the SUPREME GRAND CHAPTER OF ROYAL ARCH MASONS OF ENGLAND and is hereinafter referred to as 'the Grand Chapter'.
