Regulation 95 outlines the specific collar requirements for Past First Principals and officers of Private Chapters within the Masonic Royal Arch. Past First Principals are mandated to wear collars made of crimson ribbon, measuring four inches in width, adorned with a quarter-inch wide gilt braid at the center, along with the corresponding jewel. Principals of Private Chapters are also required to don these crimson collars, complete with the appropriate jewel, during their official duties within their Chapters, while representing them at the Grand Chapter, or during Provincial or District Grand Chapter events, as directed by the First Grand Principal. Additionally, other officers of Private Chapters must wear similar collars with the appropriate jewel, but this is limited to the Chapter where they hold their office. This regulation emphasizes the importance of uniformity and distinction in ceremonial attire within the Masonic structure.
