Regulation 99 outlines the fee structure for Charters related to new Chapters, Charters of Confirmation, and those associated with Centenary Jewels or Bi-Centenary Bars, as well as Certificates of Amalgamation. The fees are determined based on the actual costs incurred in producing these documents. To ensure transparency and up-to-date information, the current fee schedule will be published annually in the Report of the Committee of General Purposes to Grand Chapter, typically released in April or May. These fees will take effect from the first day of May each year, allowing Chapters to plan accordingly for their financial obligations related to these Charters and certificates.
