in a Chapter abroad not under a District (b) the replacement or amendment of a Grand Chapter Certificate (c) a Certificate for a Serving Companion (d) a Dispensation by the First Grand Principal of such respective amounts as fixed by resolution of the Grand Chapter in April or May of each year to take effect from the first day of January next following.
No fee is payable for the registration of a Companion who joins a Chapter from another under the Grand Chapter.
