Manchester Events 16th to 18th March 2018 We have sourced accommodation with private facilities for our March meeting in Manchester which, as usual is the venue for the installation meeting and weekend of our 21st Worshipful Master Our accommodation will be at the AC Hotel in Salford Quays We have negotiated a special rate for the rooms of 99 UKP per night including breakfast. To obtain this rate please book in with this form. (note the form incorrectly quotes USD) The weekend will start with the brethren and their guests arriving in Manchester with perhaps a meander around the fine City. The “formal” festivities commence with a private meeting room for a meet and greet to either reacquaint ourselves or meet the new brethren and especially their guests. The private function room and buffet at a cost of £20 per person will be a wonderful time to meet each other reflect on past events and discuss the planned events as we go forward. Saturday morning will dawn and after the hearty breakfast a short walk or ride into the newly refurbished Manchester Hall for the all important rehearsal at 10:00 a.m. where the DC will refresh us with the East Lancashire emulation workings! Then the installation and appointments will commence at noon and afterwards we adjourn to the Festive Board. The meeting and the Festive Board will be in the newly refurbished and splendid rooms. Following the tyler's toast and the return to our non masonic guests at the hotel Saturday evening will be open to your own entertainment. On Sunday,following breakfast we will wish everyone a very safe journey home.
