HOTEL The chosen hotel for the weekend is the Moxy Manchester City The hotel is circa 0.2 miles from Manchester Hall, circa 0.3 miles from the Thursday evening venue, circa 0.4 miles from the Friday evening venue and circa 0.5 miles (walking distance) from the Saturday evening venue. The agreed rate per night on a room only basis is £107.20 per night. Breakfast can be pre booked at a cost of £12 per person per night (if booked at the hotel, breakfast will be £14.50 per person per night). Other eateries in the vicinity for breakfast if people prefer. Reservations made by individuals using Internet Lodge Group Rate Link to Moxy Website. Friday 15th March 2024 For Royal Arch Masons onlyInternet Chapter will meet at Salford Masonic Hall, Hemsley House, 41-42 The Crescent, Salford.M5 4PE at noon. There will be a practice at 10.00 a.m. and the Chapter will open at Noon. The main business of the meeting will be the installation of the three Principals After the Chapter has closed we will gather for a light lunch of soup and sandwiches at a cost of £17.00p, a drink and for the usual toasts etc after an installation. Friday for Ladies and Non-Masons A visit to Salford Museum and Art Gallery (across the road from Salford Masonic Hall) together with a magnificent Afternoon Tea Subject to numbers, a group tour can be arranged.Cost: Tour only £4 per head, Tour followed by 'Afternoon Tea' £20 per head. Friday Evening We shall have an informal get together with a buffet at Cross Street Unitarian Church, Manchester (same venue as Saturday evening in March 2023) with a return visit from Estelle providing the entertainment. Same drinks policy as last year ie bring your own as the venue is unlicensed to sell alcohol.
