Following its established practice the lodge has now held the election to select a Manifesto for 2016-17 There were 3 candidates and a record number of votes and the winning applicant was Alan Turton. We expect therefore that Alan will be appointed Junior Warden 2014/15 by the then Worshipful Master and will be elected to the Master's chair for 2016/17 During 2016/17 Alan hopes to host meetings in Manchester, Grantham and Sheffield. In his manifesto Alan said :- "Membership of this very special Lodge has brought me a great deal of pleasure and fulfilment. The things in which it has involved me and the support from our members to bring about success is tremendous. Internet Lodge is very special in many ways and has opened up my Masonic World bringing with it so manyspecial thoughts, feelings and relationships. I would wish to continue and further the work that caused thosethoughts, feelings and relationships brought about by the Brethren of our Lodge. Our sense of belonging, being part of, feeling valued and needed is paramount to our Lodge" And he concluded by saying :- Brethren we have an opportunity to reflect on our successes and evolve into the future. Being partof, involved in and most importantly feeling valued leads to satisfaction. That brethren we give each to oneanother and here we find our enjoyment."
