Nominations for Board or Committees

Nominations for candidates to serve on any Board or Committee elected by the Grand Lodge require written submission to the Grand Secretary at least fourteen days prior to the regular meeting of the Board of General Purposes preceding the Quarterly Communication where the election occurs. The proposer must be a member of the Grand Lodge and must include the Lodge number along with the Masonic rank of both the proposer and the candidate in the nomination. This procedure ensures that all nominations are formally documented and allows adequate time for consideration before elections, promoting transparency and adherence to Masonic governance.
