The Board holds meetings in February, March, May, July, and November, with specific dates announced in the Board’s Report during the September Quarterly Communication of the Grand Lodge. Additional meetings may be called by the Grand Master, the President (or the Deputy President in the President's absence), or the Grand Secretary, provided there is a written request from at least five Board members. This structure ensures regular oversight and decision-making within the Board, while also allowing for flexibility in scheduling to address urgent matters. Members must be aware of the requirement for a written requisition to convene unscheduled meetings, emphasizing the importance of member participation and communication in Board activities.

The Board shall meet in each of the months of February, March, May, July and November, the dates of the meetings for each forthcoming year being notified in the Board’s Report to the September Quarterly Communication of the Grand Lodge. It may be convened at other times also by command of the Grand Master, by the authority of the President (or in his absence by the authority of the Deputy President) or by the Grand Secretary on the written requisition of no fewer than five members of the Board.
