Metropolitan, Provincial, or District Grand Masters are required to hold an annual Grand Lodge meeting for the appointment of Grand Officers. Additional meetings may be convened at the discretion of the Grand Master as deemed necessary. All meetings must occur within the designated Metropolitan Area, Province, or District, unless a dispensation is obtained from the Grand Master. This regulation ensures that the governance of Masonic activities at the Metropolitan, Provincial, and District levels remains organized and accessible to members. The emphasis on location underscores the importance of community engagement and the facilitation of local Masonic affairs. Adherence to these guidelines promotes consistency in leadership appointments and operational transparency within the Masonic structure.
