Royal Arch Regulation 37

Regulation 37 outlines the procedures for convocations of Metropolitan, Provincial, or District Grand Chapters within the Masonic framework. A Metropolitan Grand Superintendent or Grand Superintendent is required to hold an Annual Convocation to appoint Grand Officers for their respective chapters. In addition to the annual meeting, the Grand Superintendent may convene additional convocations as deemed necessary. All convocations must take place within the designated Metropolitan Area, Province, or District, unless a dispensation is granted by the First Grand Principal, allowing for exceptions to this rule.
