Lodges rank in precedence based on their registration numbers in the Grand Lodge's official records. This system establishes a clear hierarchy among the lodges, ensuring that each lodge's position is determined by its assigned number. Notably, the Grand Stewards’ Lodge does not possess a number but is officially registered with the Grand Lodge. It is prioritized in the printed list, positioned at the top of all other lodges, and thus holds a unique status in terms of precedence. This regulation underscores the importance of proper registration and the adherence to established ranking protocols within Masonic governance. The document serves as a guideline for maintaining order and clarity in lodge hierarchy, facilitating interactions and ceremonies among lodges while reinforcing the significance of the Grand Stewards’ Lodge in Masonic tradition.
