Royal Arch Regulation 30

Regulation 30 outlines the composition of the Metropolitan, Provincial, or District Grand Chapter in the Royal Arch Masonic system. It specifies that the Grand Chapter includes the Metropolitan Grand Superintendent or Grand Superintendent, along with the Deputy Metropolitan Grand Superintendent or Deputy Grand Superintendent, if applicable. Additionally, it comprises other Metropolitan, Provincial, or District Grand Officers and the Principals of all Chapters within that jurisdiction. Importantly, the regulation allows for the inclusion of Past Metropolitan, Provincial, or District Grand Officers and Past First Principals of any Chapter, provided they are both members of the Grand Chapter and subscribing members of a Chapter under the relevant Metropolitan, Provincial, or District Grand Chapter. This structure ensures a comprehensive representation of leadership within the Grand Chapter, facilitating governance and continuity in Masonic practices.
