Further details and booking arrangements will be made available later Programme Friday 7th August 2020 There will be a meeting of Internet Chapter at Brookfield (Westhoughton Masonic Hall) Peel Street WesthoughtonBoltonBL5 3SP There will be practice at 10.00 a.m. followed by the meeting at Noon. We hope to have a ceremony of exaltation. A light buffet (soup and sandwiches, tea or cofee) will be available after the meeting (optional). In the evening we will have a usual Friday Night get together at the hotel, again meeting friends old and new There will be a meal (details later). Saturday 8th August 2020 There will be a meeting of Internet lodge at Brookfield (Westhoughton Masonic Hall) There will be a practice at 10.00 a.m. Lodge will tyle at Noon. The lodge will open in all three degrees and do a full closing in all three. At appropriate times we will received the Traditional History, the Second Degree Tracing Board and the First Degree Tracing Board. After lodge closes we will return to the hotel to relax before the evening's entertainment.
Ladies Evening will be held at Brookfield at 7.00 p.m. for 7.30 p.m. Dress will be black tie and we look forward to an excellent evening. Details of the menu and the entertainment will be published nearer the time. It is hoped to arrange transport from the Mercure hotel to Brookfield and return for those who would prefer not to drive.
