At each Quarterly Communication of the Grand Lodge, the minutes from the previous Quarterly Communication and any intervening meetings are presented for confirmation as an accurate record of proceedings. These minutes are not read in full unless the Grand Lodge specifically directs it or if a Brother, supported by at least five other Brethren, requests it to facilitate a motion. This procedure ensures that the Grand Lodge maintains an efficient meeting format while allowing for necessary discussions on past proceedings. The requirement for support from multiple Brethren emphasizes the importance of collective agreement in raising issues for consideration. Adherence to this protocol fosters orderly conduct and accountability within the Grand Lodge's operations.
