Minutes of the proceedings of the Metropolitan, Provincial, or District Grand Lodge, as well as any associated Boards or Committees, must be accurately recorded in designated books. These records are maintained by the respective Metropolitan, Provincial, or District Grand Master. The Grand Master or the Grand Lodge has the right to inspect these minutes upon request. This requirement ensures transparency and accountability within Masonic governance, facilitating oversight by higher authorities.
