To report proceedings to the Grand Secretary

The Metropolitan, Provincial, or District Grand Master is required to submit an annual written report to the Grand Secretary detailing his proceedings and the condition of Masonry within his jurisdiction. This report must include a summary of the minutes from every Metropolitan, Provincial, or District Grand Lodge meeting, which should be forwarded to the Grand Master within one month of the meeting's occurrence. Additionally, the report must list the names of all Brethren appointed to Metropolitan, Provincial, or District Grand Office, along with the names and numbers of the Lodges to which they belong.
