If a Lodge be in a Metropolitan Area, Province or District, it shall make returns similar to those required to be made to the Grand Secretary once in each year, or oftener if required, to the Metropolitan, Provincial or District Grand Secretary, and transmit therewith all moneys payable to the Metropolitan, Provincial or District Grand Lodge.
