Lodges under a District Grand Master can submit their Grand Lodge returns and payments directly to the District Grand Master or an appointed representative, facilitating a more efficient process. The District Grand Master assumes personal responsibility for the proper remittance of these returns to the Grand Lodge. Upon receipt, the District Grand Master issues Grand Lodge Certificates, which are specifically provided for this purpose. These Certificates must be countersigned according to the established rules outlined in the governing regulations. This procedure aims to streamline administrative tasks for Lodges while ensuring accountability and compliance with Grand Lodge requirements. The document emphasizes the importance of adherence to the outlined responsibilities and the proper handling of certificates to maintain organizational integrity within the Masonic structure.
