By-laws of the Lodge must clearly outline the designated days and location for regular meetings, including specific sessions for the election of the Master, Treasurer, and Tyler (if applicable), as well as the installation of the Master, which occurs at the first regular meeting following the election. Regular meetings cannot be canceled, and all Lodge meetings must occur at the specified location and on the designated days, except as allowed by established rules. Importantly, no meetings may be adjourned, reinforcing the requirement for continuity and structure in Masonic gatherings. This regulation ensures that all members are aware of and adhere to the established schedule, promoting consistency and order within the Lodge's operations.
