Regulation 41 outlines the authority of the First Grand Principal regarding Overseas Chapters not affiliated with any District. The First Grand Principal can organize these Chapters into groups and appoint Companions as Grand Inspectors to oversee them, granting them specific jurisdiction as deemed appropriate. This regulation allows for flexibility, enabling the First Grand Principal to modify groupings, adjust the scope of jurisdiction, and make changes to appointments as necessary. Companions serving as Grand Inspectors hold their position at the discretion of the First Grand Principal, who retains the power to remove or replace them. This regulation ensures effective governance and oversight of Overseas Chapters, facilitating the management of Masonic activities in regions lacking formal district organization.
